Scaling a Development Team with Modern Technologies
Client: Touch Lab Inc.
Challenge
Touchlab, a U.S.-based company recognized for its expertise in multiplatform development, needed to quickly scale its team for a large client. They were looking for developers with strong experience in React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Go.
The project was extensive, involving a larger distributed team working across multiple layers of the system — from firmware to backend and frontend. The key challenge was to integrate quickly, handle a technically complex environment, and adapt to rapidly evolving specifications without slowing down progress.
Our Solution
Thanks to our strong background in modern technologies, we were able to allocate skilled developers immediately and begin delivering value from day one. Over time, our involvement covered both frontend development and backend work in Go.
We contributed to a part of the system responsible for:
- Hierarchical management of thousands of devices
- Minute-level (or sub-minute) updates from individual nodes
- Deployment both in cloud and on-premise environments
Our role wasn’t limited to writing code — we also participated in architectural design, engaged in discussions around shifting requirements, and helped shape solutions that could withstand high traffic. Close communication with key members of the Touchlab team was essential for smooth integration and continuous alignment.
Outcome
